Wellness is a choice and our goal at Heart of Healing Acupuncture is to educate and involve the patient in all aspects of his/her healing.   The AcuWellness Club was developed to help people maintain their health and take an active role in their well being.   We are offering everyone the opportunity to make the choice toward prevention and wellness.  The Tai Chi symbol represents two forces, yin and yang, seemingly opposite but yet interconnected and interdependent.  This is much like the state of our health which can be transformed from wellness to sickness depending on what actions are taken or are not taken - again this is a choice. 

The National Health Institute (NIH) and World Health Organization (WHO) recognize the health benefits of regular acupuncture treatments. Illness is not a necessary requirement to receive benefits from acupuncture.  In fact, acupuncture helps to keep stress levels low in the body thereby enhancing the immune system to keep one healthy.  On the other end of the spectrum, if one is experiencing a health challenge like fatigue, pain or general malaise, acupuncture can boost the energy of the body and restore balance.

How it works:  Once you become a member of the AcuWellness Club, you are entitled to two acupuncture treatments per month.  Additionally, you will receive discounts on any classes that may be offered as well as unannounced specials.  Becoming a member is easy, the initial investment is $110 ($25 setup fee and $85 monthly fee).   The individual has three choices: 

• pay $85 on a monthly basis plus initial setup fee
  
• prepay 6 months @ $85 - $25 setup fee waived
• prepay 12 months @ $85 - $25 setup fee waived + additional 5% discount
